My stay at the Printania Palace Hotel was a mixed experience - the location was excellent for a relaxing winter getaway in the mountains near Brummana, Jordan. The spacious room with a lovely balcony allowed for breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The hotel's selection of onsite restaurants offered a variety of international cuisines, enhancing the dining experience.While the friendly staff and pool were highlights, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Although George at breakfast was a delight, other areas lacked attentive service, making the overall ambiance seem gloomy and outdated.Despite these drawbacks, my interaction with Jad, the kind receptionist, and the opportunity for a late check-out were appreciated. The hotel's potential shines through, but improvements in presentation, room service, and maintenance are necessary for a truly luxurious experience. With some renovations and attention to detail, the Printania Palace Hotel could elevate its status as a top destination for travelers seeking relaxation and excellent cuisine in the heart of the Middle East.
